Not referring to heavy traffic or aggressivenss or drivers or speed of drivers, but everyone handles their car or moto very well and even if the traffic is heavy it moves smoothly slow traffic moves out of your way and everyone gets to where they're going in a timely manner no one gets PO'd or stressed.
