Like the recent survey on mobile phone use related to traffic incindents in Qatar.

The headline in the paper claimed 83% of traffic incidents were related to mobile phone use. They published the data and there was no way you could use the data to come to that conclusion. Basically the survey only proved that Qataris (they limited the survey to nationals) use their phones alot while driving. However their was no correlation in the data to incidents. However people are citing the 83% statistic as if it was proven fact.
