Simple...each has its own beginning from a country where he is loyal and was brought up. People by default will depend what he has learned from his country, their customs and traditions and how they threat each other in a community. If he comes to a multinational environment, he start comparing them to what he knows and eventually discriminate if it does not conform to his standards.
But we all live in the same world and the same planet, we should learn to live together, share and continue on learn each others ways to build a better and harmonious world.
