Maybe RudeBoy ....but we never ever have a problem at our twice weekly social activities.
There are two types of activities.
a) general for all
b) private for when the group get to know you

so if the group aren't impressed with you at A you dont get to B!!!!

I am aware of one member pming girls...but there is little i can do.
But next email I will add something to advise me of any issues.
