The door staff are rather unfriendly and impolite to the people whom they don’t know. I asked the girl at the entrance what was the dress code and she told me ‘I must like it!‘ What a load of bollocks! Set some reasonable rules and then explain them nicely to your customers!

Customer service has no value in the Middle East and it’s seriously undermined by the corrupt culture of connection!
