its almost one week about this problem, from the time he talked to management. the boss told him he doesnt have any desire to put this person in jail if he wants he can call asas by the time he admited and talked about this issues, he didnt do because maybe this boss is trying to give benefits of doubt..

1.to return the money, and solve it to his own dept.
2. to think may this guy have someone behind this stealling process.
3. he love this guy and other people love too but as a boss he cannot do anything only to help him in a very least way like returning the money.
4. the boss said he is not a judge to decide what is right.

guys, my friend is not asking for me any help because he understand that even his other close friends is here to work and save money so even he is in this kind of situation he will be more understand. the last time we talked he is now all ready to face consequence because for at least he will like to put in jail because he believe that all prisoners will be equal feeling rather than to stay outside and here something that he cannot take especially people he dont know him well...
