Common sense: parents/children need to allow for delays so setting alarm clocks earlier and leaving home at an earlier time to avoid being rushed. Dropping kids off on the opposite side of the street from the school is just plain ignorant.
Adequate parking: buildings are erected all over this place and there needs to be more parking available to the masses close to the buildings. Obviously, no one thought of that. :(
School crossings: There should be manned school crossings with slower speed limits posted with lights. The people that speed in these school zones are fined.
Those that do not want to be delayed by these designated school zones, can find another route to their destination.
Bridges or under ground passage ways: If someone with some snap could leave their offices and study the pedestrian traffic in congested areas, these areas could be supplied with proper pedestrian bridges/underground crossings.
