PM said "I do think women will probably have to take the lead here and start making it very uncomfortable for these men who are causing the porblem."

And start raising awareness to the other men who are wrapped up in their own world. They think they have a load of work issues and trouble on their shoulders, but they are not the only ones. They don't see this as a problem, trivial stuff and women just being problematic for them and added trouble, etc.etc. BS. Women who are here, work (whether for the home or for companies) and we have so many problems to deal with. We shoulder various different problems quietly whereas the wusses think their problems are the biggest and are against problems added by the women.
