Absolutely correct, PM. And the women are at fault just by being women and a walking temptation - so it goes to show how weak these men are, if they cannot control themselves. And someone mentioned before that it's not just about sex, it's about power. They only harrass women, whom they perceive as weaker than them but it just shows that they are sorry excuses for men.
