I can't be bothered reading through this entire thread, but why oh why do people keep saying that posters are accusing Qataris of being the only offenders.

Where has anyone written that this is a problem unique to Qatar???

We're from a variety of countries, but it seems that one thing we all have in common is that prior to coming to Qatar, we have never witnessed so much of this behavior. The thread is about disussing why it seems to be so much more common here than elsewhere.

I don't recall anyone suggesting that the reason it happens so much in Qatar is because Qataris are bad people.
