Concerning the malls - the City Center, if I'm not mistaken, is run my Germans. If people are upset for this rule which restricts specific people from walking in, then this should be addressed to the mall owner/manager and not the Qatari government.

I am not saying that ALL Qatari's are saints, but the flooding of racinst threads against the locals is getting ridiculous.
