Usually they are Egyptians, Lebanese or similar: good Arab speakers, dressed like local peoples, having a second hand Lancruiser or Prado, a position of handyman that allow them to crawl around and a very low human quality.
I suggest that the ladies that faces such events, to call the police (be sure that you have a witness)and file a claim against them.
