When I was 3 I was playing in the garden and my baby brother was asleep in his pram. My mum was in the kitchen doing the dishes and could see us. It was around 11am. Now I don't remember this clearly, but can remember the emotions. My Grandad came to visit and as always would come into the back garden and pick me up, he would give me a kiss and then gently swing me around in a circle. My mum heard me laughing and looked up, she was in shock !. What I didn't know was my grandad has passed away that morning, my mum and dad hadn't yet told me as my dad had gone to his parents home to see his mum.
What my mum had seen was me off the ground floating in a circle. She rushed out and I floated back to the ground, my mum was terrified and grabbed me and my brother and took us inside. Once in the lounge she asked me what was happening and I said "Grandad is here" She said is he here now and I replied "Yes, he's by the door but is going, he is waving goodbye". My mum then left the house and ran to the neighbours with us.
When we speak about it now my mum realises she had nothing to fear, grandad had come to say goodbye.
This is not made up or an attempt to spook anyone, it happened.
