Guys..

I believe problems are normal and is not a sign of QL fading away..

However, I see alot of competition rising in the horizon to provide a service similar to QL..

I am a fan of QL and I owe QL alot...but QL needs to do better than this..

we experience some problems nowadays that are annoying really...overlapping letters..missing comments etc.

QL cannot cope with competition unless it does some continuous improvement stuff..

I am not sure how many people run it..but i would bet it is understaffed..

However, this needs time and QL can stay in the lead and should do something.

I owe QL and won't hesitate to help!
