This guy saw already the price, he knows that he can afford that or would ask for a 2000 Q.R or 3000 Q.R or more discount based on the car condition when he check it out.
Asking like that before even seeing the car would give you an idea about how serious these guys are.
Gypsy ... I would've asked that guy to sell me his car for 10,000 Q.R and if he would not agree I would pay him 1000 Q.R to stay away from me ... That was indeed a very nice way to haggle, he did not even say 30,000 and try to go up until he reaches 34,000 or 35,000 ... No he lay all his cards down and was so honest with you ...
