Because there is nothing saying I have to pay for that service. What they state and I quote is "For every XXXX Riyal you spend on Qtel Services, you will be awarded XX Nojoom Point, which you can use to redeem for Rewards".
The ammount of points awarded upon expending QAR, will depend upon level of Nojoom (Blue, Silver, Gold).
