order a pizza in one of the restaurants then compare the price to diameter ratio and see if it makes sense to you.
they are cashing in on the fact that certain people here will pay whatever for something new, or to be seen in the next big thing.
there is expensive, then there is soooo expensive that you feel like you're being abused.
the atmosphere is nice, but i think it will be dated soon enough.
