They review applications for jobs that are currently vacant.
If they don't have a job opening for you, they aren't going to waste their time reviewing your CV since there is no practical purpose.
Try looking at a different company.
Also - if you do get hired here as a woman, chances are it will be as what is called a 'local hire', which means that your employer won't sponsor you. They will expect that you will be sponsored by your husband.
