legal way??? my friend loaned someone seventeen thou (17,000 qrs).., she works with that person too...and she went to the police after going thru hell....but the police doesn't just "pick" someone up with regards to (personal)debts... esp so that there are no "legal papers" to back you up... up until now, the 17,000qrs is not yet paid....not even half....
so, with this, i don't know if you'd still consider going to the police....
