As far as I know, there are no tuition fees in Romanian universities. Maybe she is doing a paid course in some other kind of institute? I read the story and it seems she wanted to buy a flat to move out of her parents' house.(Whatever happened to renting until you can afford something?)
What she did is not something I can possibly understand...having grown up to believe that sex is not a commodity to be used for any type or commercial trading or bargaining; whatever anyone gets up to otherwise is their own business and a whole different story.
