Yes people for the upteenth time now Qtel has upgraded their internet speed for everyone and this has been going on since the last 2 weeks or so. If you were on a 1mb connection before you will getting 2mb now however if you'd like to stay on with your 1mb connection you'll have to request qtel to now "downgrade" you to 1mb. But since you were already paying 300 for 1mb now your getting 2mb i dont see why anyone would want to do such a thing :p My movies downloading faster!!
