But i have one objection that the procedure is very lengthy instead Qtel should have given a special option for PARENTS that they can add 2-3 numbers of their children numbers just once.So, whenever children have to call their parents they can just press *102*xxxxxxx# and directly get connected with their parents.

With current system, every time we have to press that code, a call will be made to that number, the listener will pick up the incoming call and he will be notified that this is COLLECT TO CALL service, Please press 1 to ACCEPT or 2 NOT ACCEPT for this call. So, if u press 1, again the dialer will get a call from the receiver and then the initial caller can talk to the respective number. phewwwwwwwwwwwwwww, that's length ISN'T IT
