the starlink E-180 sold via Qtel has one major drawback - i am unable to do voice communications via yahoo messenger or skype - the party at other end doesn't get all the bits fast enough that they can understand the conversation.
Starlink is trying to resolve, but they keep talking about replacing the modem, just not sure this alone will fix the signal delay issues that is preventing voice communication - data delay is okay since the screen takes a few seconds longer to update, voice is real time communications so unless the sound bits are sent over fast enough the other party cannot understand the conversation...
ending up paying Qtel 400 monthly plus having to make calls at cyber cafe....really not fun to do
