But the think is in this scenario, the waves were fast & dangerous. The parents of a toddler are always very much attentive for their child and will not stay out of its site for a sec.

For this reason, I'm angry at those parents that suddenly they got so much paniced for the lives of those dogs that they forgot their most important obligation of taking care of their only child.
