While I can agree somewhat with tallg on the "dark skinned" reasoning it may be a bit hard to look out for such a person in a country where 80% of its inhabitants can be described this way :)

As for car alarms, my son plays with my car key and has set mine off numerous times. Again this may have all been circumstance.
