Getting back to the topic in hand - I was chatting to a Qatari yesterday who said he'd received one of these text messages urging people to express their outrage at the DCMF.

But he believes it's a good thing the government let Rose come here, and what made it worse was that it was his uncle who had forwarded the message.

So he called his uncle and asked him why he'd forwarded the message. His uncle replied that he'd received the message, didn't really know what it was about, but forwarded to everyone anyway.

I imagine this was the what happened in a lot of cases.
