But if it's so controversial that he was in Qatar, shouldn't people be angry at whichever authorities were responsible for making the decision to allow him in? The DCMF merely invited him, it was the authorities who allowed him entry. Perhaps they hadn't heard of him either.
And doesn't the citizens reaction show a contempt for the Emir, whose head these decisions ultimately rest on?
