Brit i never said one was better educated than the other. Lets say they studied in the same med school, however one has conducted more heart surgeries than the other. Obviously anyone would choose the experienced doctor.
I'm not generalizing about any particular job as Alexa has mentioned it does depend on the job description. But taking any job what out weighs the other...experience or qualification?
