Are necklaces where a person's name is spelled in Arabic. They are NOT tacky in my opinion, but very cool.
I've had several made at Oriental Jewelers. They are located on Electricity street, across from Bombay Silk. They are cheaper there than the gold souq. I also bought them for my daughters.
