The mother of the foetus is already going through a lot of loosing her unborn child. and why is this even called KILLING. Why would she carry the foetus for 9 months? if she intended to kill it ? and in a car accident it is highly possible to kill herself with her baby, but just because she got to live, now she has to pay blood money?
