this is a tough question..and i don't think there is a wrong answer..

the former should be appreciated for humanity and doing the right thing..the other guy is good follower of religion and also conducts a good behaviour..

so from our point of view, both are good because we measure them on thier act..if someone does you a favour..it does not matter whether they do it because it is the right thing to do or whether they are doing it for religious beliefs as long as it is a good thing they are doing.

Remember, that some people know what is right from wrong and not necessarily do what is right..Knowingly!
