They carry the name of the international brands but isn't a legal source of material origin. In such situations you have to trust the "Made in China" products of such brands as they are much much legal than this ones and the actual factories is in that country (other than the European ones).

If a Westerner monitors the product-selling of the international brands, it's quite assured you get the legal products...but the 'sponsors' of such international brand distributors are willing to hire more Arabs as 'monitors' than Westerners as they're quite 'cheaper' and 'trusted', hence the by-pass of the 'fake' Philips products, for example.
