if a non-believer even on his death bed believes with his/her whole heart that there is only one GOD and that is ALLAH he will go to heaven b'coz when any non-believer with his wholeheart believes in ALLAH immediately all his/her previous sins will be vanished and ALLAH would forgive him for his/her previous sins
