as per Qatarli law, it is a MUST for TWO years to complete with the first sponsor. But I have seen people changed job before completion of TWO year,, even just completing ONE year .

but NOC is a must,,, if you have one, I dont think there is problem. Be selective in the second sponsor. The second sponsor should not have any dubious past
