a) One option is 'illiterate' well if they are they can't answer a questionnaire can they nor would it be legal for them to drive.

c) Infact the jobs section is poor... business MAN - what about woman? the categories dont cover enough or overlap
check other questionnaires to find job cateogries...
If the questions are not spot on then your results will be disorted which undermines the validity of the findings...which means the results are worth toss.
