I'm fairly sure it opens in the evenings. The flyer says the opening nights start at 7.30pm, so that's probably a good start!

As for location - it's on the street in the Souq where all the new restaurants and coffee shops are. I think it's pretty much opposite the Al Bandar restaurants.
