Well, Western expats speak at least 2 languages fluently. And no, Qatar is certainly not God for me. It's merely a source of money though being a professional it's pretty hard for me as sometimes I have the feeling I work with a bunch of monkeys. All I can hear is how I can't offer anything to Qatar only because I don't speak Arabic fluently. What about being a certified HW architect applying for a job at a company where their fat GM has absolutely NO IDEA about their own products and I have to tell him what they are selling??? About the schools, your schools are nicely said below expectations, they cannot be compared to western schools. They have no level at all. And how can it be that university students who are supposed to have a certificate of English in order to enroll at university do not speak English fluently??? Democracy is something for clever ppl who know how to use their brains. Qatar is against democracy. Conclusion? It's not an insult, it's a statement that should have been said long time ago. There are a few exceptions but 99.9% is just like it was said before. Instead of pouting Qataris should exercise some constructive self-criticism and change their ways.
