May be i am wrong but, some body told me that the number inside the triangular sign at the bottom is of indicative that the bottle can be refilled or not.
e.g. if the number is less that 7 then the bottle should not be resued rather re-cycle...
we can confirm it seeing the some plastic bottles like the one which are used to keep water in refrigerators, all these will exibit # 7. the same will be the case of the 20 leters water bottles.
