There is plenty of information about the movies! If you happen to go, there are stands with brochures and everything. Excellent quality brochures with photos, and in English and Arabic.
I have watched wonderful films this and in the previous festivals but I agree, as in the previous years, there is very little promotion.
Yesterday I really enjoyed 'Jinga 48', a very brave film about how Palestinian youth living in Israel is somehow losing in danger to lose their 'arab' identity. I was moved to tears, even though I have nothing to do with the topic. I was embracing the actors and the director at the end of the movie (they were walking nearby, I could not help it!) Unfortunately the kids speak little English but they were great and it is really important that other people realise you are never too young to be proud of who you are. Well done, Ms Ula.....(sorry, haven't got the brochure right now to tell you the director's last name), hope you continue making films like this one.
