I think perhaps the wording of your question could be construed as generalization as there are good and bad people everywhere.

Perhaps you meant you would like to know some of their customs and practises to avoid insulting or offending people?

Example, dont shake hands with your left hand as it is insulting (I wont post the reason why as I am sure someone else will).
