Summer months should be April and May. Rainy months are June to August. September usually is the start of the cold months. But because we are killing our planet with pollution and diminishing ozone layer the WEATHER has become ABNORMAL.

Go to Boracay and you'll have a great time all year round. Palawan is more calm and laid back. But one thing is for sure during 'ber months, its ROUGH seas so going by boat is not for the faint heart.
