yes tanya, HS diploma can be authenticated with the CHED (in the case of the Philippines), my cousin has gone through that along with authentication of his college diploma. We almost never hear authentication of HS diploma because mostly, and practically, only the credentials for the highest level of qualifications are being authenticated.
