dmigtysolomon, I think every country has the professional examination for engineers, but it is only here in Qatar that i heard people identify themselves as "engineers" and "accountants" just because they work on engineering and accounting jobs, even though they do not have the professional license and real diploma ,at least, for the same.:-)

Indeed, little things that do a great deal (a domino effect) for the health of an organization.
