Men's first instinct is to impress a woman if she's beautiful. Doesnt matter if he's got a gf or not. Now depending on the level of flirt he is...yes there are many levels..if he's a low level flirt then its just sweet words and sometimes stupid funny jokes thrown in between. The higher the level of confidence he has, the more he will flirt. Now keep in mind there are different types of men too, for eg, some men do it for the thrill to see how far he can go, it might not be to the bed, but its just to prove he still is able to stay in the game even after he has a gf. Some men just want to make their gf's jealous and if you'll notice these men will only put in extra effort to flirt when their gf's are around, coz to them they want u to pick up on it, to them its harmless as he knows ur there and its not in secret so there is no guilt trip.

So if your man is flirting with another woman infront of you, it just means u need to spice up things between you two, like make him jealous for a change, flirt with some other guy ;)
