Many companies are starting to get wise to employees that produce false certificates after too many complaints translate in to profit or efficiency loss. They are also wise to the fact that with the global economical down turn there is a vast amount of qualified people available with experience and track record. They no longer have the problem of lack of available qualified people in the job market to fill positions as per a year ago.
