Sorry, I don't think my post was mean - it was constructive advice and information and to the point. The original posting did not mention the circumstances and unfortunately, most of us here at QL aren't mind readers. The phrase "we certainly don't want to put them in the street" was not conducive to a positive reaction by any reader as it implied that this was the alternative to finding them new homes.

May I respectfully suggest that you read your messages carefully a few times before hitting the submit button - oftentimes (myself included) we hit the button and then after reading the posting think "someone might take that in a way we never intended" - there is an edit function (thank goodness because otherwise I'd get myself in more hot water than I usually do) that allows you to amend your posts.

I regret if you took my posting as an attack - it was not meant to be.
