let us stop that circle, now it begins to be matter of debates.
it is very easy, as i said i found thing i am not familiar with due to my previous experience.

even the email is not important but related to work, you would reply with "i have no clear answer for that".

Sorry if any qatari understand it as offence, which is mis-understanding.

also as i said culture is very different here, so i am receiving such kind of replies to my post :D:D.
