No! Its not,....Everyone should undergo a Blood Test for Hepa-B & C, and CXR- for PTB and other Lungs abnormalities.

For example, PTB is an airborne disease which means, it can be transmitted by person to another by air transmission. And therefore, whether you work as a Medical employee or as an Engineer, you are still capable of contaminating others. And that doesn't makes sense that only those who works for that categories are required to undergo the test, right?
