First of all, I am not in position to decide whether you can get an RP or not. Secondly, I am no expert to give you an advise in this regard. Thirdly, I am not connected w/ Med-Com in Qatar. Though per my knowledge, as an Electrical Engineer, you dont belong to the categories that are being resticted to work with that illness. In addition to that, if the company you work for doesn't have any objections regarding your health condition, chances are there for you to obtained a Resident Visa.
