I can't believe that al-Baker and Sheikha Mozah are more influential than the Emir and the PM.

I do wonder why al-Baker is listed as having any global influence at all. Sure he orders mountains of aircraft (and has a massive advertising budget, which might have something to do with this report) but does running a transport business really give you any influence over world events? I think not.

I guess this list is just intended to massage the egos of people Arabian Business thinks it can get something out of (i.e. advertising from Qatar Airways and Qatar Foundation).

And maybe someone from Arabian Business wants a job at Al Sharq ;)
